Blog 6: Web Site Upgrades and Updates
Update list
I got tired of some of the small bugs and imperfections that my website had and I finally desired to get off my but and put to work… Well, since I am working at a computer I guess I would be sitting down, anyhow. This is the list of upgraded and updated things done to the website.
Style
- The title is now centered.
- The title is now red.
- The font has been changed to Georgia Serif. I couldn’t stand Arial.
- The colors are now Groovebox inspired.
Fixes
- Symbols now render correctly according to utf-8. You can see now proper copy right and arrows.
Let me know if you have any ideas on how to make my website prettier.
In the works
I am thinking on adding a comment section that actually works and fixing the contact information. I want to have a custom email for the site, but so far setting up an email server has not been super easy. As well as setting up an RSS feed so all my friends can be annoyed by a million pigs every time my website updates! Great stuff. And then I’ll put this all in the form of a list now so if you’re too lazy to read the paragraph you can just glance and see.
To-Do
- Comment sections.
- Custom email.
- RSS feed.
